Justin is considered one of the most successful Test cricket opening batsmen in the history of the game and few have worn the baggy green cap with such pride. He is one of 15 Australian Test Cricketers to play over 100 Test Matches for his country, playing 105 Tests between 1993-2007 and amassing 7,696 runs in the process (including 23 Centuries).
Following a distinguished playing career, Langer was appointed Head Coach of the Western Australia Cricket Association (WACA) and Perth Scorchers where they won their first One Day Cup in 10 years (2014-15) in addition to three Big Bash Titles (BBL #3, BBL #4, BBL #6).
Justin would go on to become Australian Men’s Team Head Coach from 2018-2022, where alongside winning World Cups and Ashes Series, he would most notably re-build the reputation of Australia’s most revered sports team.
Recognised throughout his playing and coaching career as motivating, inspiring and insightful, Justin’s interests expand outside of cricket where his involvement in a host of charity organisations saw him receive an Order of Australia in 2008. He gives his time to a range of organisations, including as a patron of Solaris Care, Children’s Leukemia & Cancer Research Foundation, Kyle Andrews Foundation.
Justin’s success is the result of hard work and unmatched determination. As an author, he has explored his philosophy for leadership and career success in a series of published books.
With his sincerity, strength of purpose, humour and broad appeal, Justin is a popular and highly sought-after corporate speaker. He has presented for a range of functions, including conferences, seminars and events across the country.
Justin draws from his expertise in elite competitive sport to help his audience succeed in any industry, including in the business sector.
