NT Cricket Fixed Penalties Policy
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the fixed penalties system for breaches of the NT Cricket Code of Conduct and Behaviour Standards . It applies to all registered participants, including players, coaches, team leaders, officials, volunteers, parents, and spectators. The system ensures a fair and consistent approach to managing behavioural issues on and off the field.

3. Additional Notes
- Playing Day Fixed refers to suspension from the next applicable match in the grade in which the individual last played.
- Suspended Penalties (marked with an asterisk) may be activated upon any future breach within a specified period (usually 12 months).
- Fines may be imposed by NT Cricket as a standalone sanction or in combination with suspensions, particularly for non-playing participants (e.g. parents, club officials, committee members).
- NT Cricket reserves the right to escalate any matter directly to the Tribunal regardless of the table if the conduct is deemed serious or repeated.
